认知障碍的导引功法治疗概况

摘要:对导引功法治疗认知障碍的现代研究及古典文献中记载的治疗经验进行归纳总结，指出导引功法治疗认知障碍疗效较好，可操作性强，且安全可靠、无毒副作用；但尚需大量设计合理的临床实验和基础研究以进一步明确疗效；同时在无特效药的情况下，导引功法治疗认知障碍是中医药的优势所在，可以为认知障碍的治疗提供广阔的前景。
Abstract:To the modern studies of Daoyin method in the treatment of cognitive disorder and the treatment experiences recorded in classics were summarized. And it was pointed out that Daoyin it was method has good therapeutic effect in the treatment of cognitive disorder and convenient operation, it was also safe, reliable and free of toxic side effects. But a large number of reasonable designed clinical trials and basic studies are needed to further definite its curative effect. At the same time, under the condition of without specific medicine, Daoyin method showed the advantage of TCM in the treatment of cognitive disorder, and it can provide broad prospects for cognitive disorder treatment.
