摘要:综述近年来文献中世界三大饮料咖啡、绿茶、可可在肝癌预防中的作用及分子机制研究，为采取积极合理的膳食措施防治肝癌、降低肝癌发病率以及促进肝癌患者的康复提供参考。
Abstract:The Effects and the studies on molecular mechanism of coffee, green tea and cocoa, three drinks in the world, in the prevention of liver cancer were reviewed to provide the reference for adopting positive and rational diet measures to prevent liver cancer, lower the incidence of liver cancer and promoting the recovery of the patients suffering liver cancer.
