范振域“通法”治疗胸痹辨证思想探析

从中医基本病机、“胸痹”临床发病特点等方面阐述国家级名中医范振域主任医师通法治疗胸痹的思想基础，并总结了范老“通法”的基本特点和内涵，指出范老在临床中基于《黄帝内经》“不通则痛”之病机认识，继承《金匮要略》温通治疗“胸痹”之大法以及“上焦如雾”之特点，提出以“通法”治疗胸痹的辨证思路。
Abstract:The thinking foudantion of national famous TCM doctor chief physician Fan Zhenyu′s unblocking method in treating chest obstruction was illustrated from basic pathogenesis and clinical features of chest obstruction and others, basic features and the connotations of Fan′s "unblocking method" were summarized, it was pointed out that Fan inherited warming-dredging methods for chest obstruction and the features of "upper energizer acting as fog" in JinGui YaoLve, and put forward syndrome differentiation thinking of unblocking method in treating chest obstruction based on his understanding to the pathologenesis of "obstruction cause the pain" in HuangDi NeiJing in clinic.
